- Set your thermostat at the highest temperature you find comfortable (typically between 75-78) for efficiency

- Keep your thermostat at a consistent setting - this helps your A/C run more efficiently and prevents energy waste and wear on the system

- Closing blinds can keep the sun out and your house cooler without overworking your A/C
