Small but mighty! Ended today with the privacy panels installed and railing posts on top. Waiting on a couple extra boards to finish the stair treads.

Doing something a little different. Today I started the site work for a 30x26 detached shed. We were able to get all the sod scraped off and the shed squared up. Tomorrow we will start hauling in base rock for the shed and driveway.

Inspection this morning for the footings passed so as we waited for the concrete to set we installed the framing. Cute little 6x12.

30x8 patio finished this morning.

Project #2 started this morning. We will be replacing the rear 4'x8' deck with new treated decking and Westbury railings along with stairs. The painted area will be a 16'x20' concrete patio.
