This isn’t my normal post… But I was driving down 67 North last weekend and my kids and I spotted a Column of SMOKE on the side of the road. We pulled over to find ourselves in the midst of some gentleman bikers who had stopped to try and put out a FIRE started by a discarded Cigarette Butt!
Thankfully I was able to retrieve the Gallon Water jug we keep in the back for emergencies and put it out. But in that 15 minutes the burning circle of fire had gone from baseball to beach ball sized! As we finished our Amazing crew of local volunteer firefighters arrived to make sure the fire was totally out! THANK YOU to ALL the Teller County, Colorado Firefighters!!
AND PLEASE DONT THROW YOUR BUTT OUT THE WINDOW!!!! 🔥🚬
