PWR Systems approaches the problem of Surface Bacteria Film also known as Biofilm and the success of Target Zero by testing for FREE CHLORINE DEMAND to eliminate it! (No demand means Target Zero is working.) This also proves that the Mechanical (Circulation) as well as the UV (Ultra Violet Light) are both doing their jobs.
