A little rooftop rehab high above Harrisburg. 🛠️

The North Tower at 2837 N. Front Street features two rooftop decks separated by the building’s central stair and elevator core. After deteriorated joists were discovered on the north-side deck, eciService got the call to make it right.

Our team removed and replaced the damaged framing to help get the rooftop space back in shape and ready for continued use.

Sometimes the service call comes with a pretty great view!

We’re proud to be part of a team that shows up, solves problems, helps each other out, and gets the job done. Happy Construction Appreciation Week to the entire ECI crew!

A faulty rooftop compressor was recently causing unpredictable temperature swings in the administrative offices at Dover Middle School. 🔧🏫

After the issue was diagnosed, the eciService team stepped in to replace the compressor along with the contactor responsible for starting the unit. The repairs were completed the same day, getting the system back up and running and restoring reliable heating and cooling to the space.

When the art room at Gettysburg Montessori Charter School wasn't maintaining the right temperature, our team at eciService stepped in to find a solution. While the rest of the building's HVAC system was operating properly, the art room needed a dedicated approach.

We recently installed a new mini-split system with two cassette heads, providing efficient heating and cooling throughout the space. The dual-head setup was selected to accommodate the room's larger footprint while also allowing flexibility should the space be divided into two classrooms in the future.
