Even the Master Plumber Goes Back to School!

Our owner and Master Plumber is spending this week brushing up on his skills and staying current with backflow prevention testing and procedures!

Backflow prevention is just one of the many specialties we offer at Premier Plumbing & HVAC.

So, what is backflow prevention?

Backflow preventers help protect our drinking water by keeping potentially contaminated water from flowing backward into the clean water supply.

At Premier, we believe that years of experience don’t mean you stop learning. Staying up to date on training, regulations, and industry best practices is part of our commitment to doing the job right.

Because protecting your water is just as important as keeping it flowing!

And that’s a wrap on Construction Appreciation Week!

We’ve spent the week showing off the people who keep Premier moving — from the office and shop to the jobsite and everywhere in between.

At the end of the day, we’re only as good as the people who show up and do the work.

We’ve got a pretty great crew, and we’re pretty damn thankful for every one of them.

Thanks you all for your hard work and for everything you do!

Construction Appreciation Week | The Team Behind the Team

Not every part of construction happens on the jobsite. Some of it happens behind a computer, on the phone, buried in paperwork… or asking for the third time where that receipt went.

Dena and Amanda help keep our office and our crews running straight — juggling schedules and projects, keeping up with safety procedures, chasing paperwork and receipts, and handling about 47 things nobody realizes need done until they aren’t.

They’re the team behind the team — and a huge part of what keeps Premier moving every day.

Here’s to the women behind the chaos, keeping the chaos organized.

No two jobs are ever the same. 🔧

Different projects. Different problems. And usually at least one “well… that’s interesting.”

Our crew is constantly learning, adapting, and adding new skills to the toolbox.

That’s construction—and we’re pretty proud of the people who do it

Construction Appreciation Week: Behind the Scenes

A lot of what keeps our crews moving happens long before the trucks ever leave the shop—and a whole lot of it happens because of Rod.

He’s our shop foreman, mechanic, fixer of all the things, finder of the things nobody else can find, and the guy making sure our crews have what they need to get the job done.

When a truck breaks, a tool quits, equipment needs fixed, or something just isn’t working like it should… Rod is usually somewhere behind the scenes figuring it out.

Our crews simply couldn’t do what they do every day without him keeping everything moving.

And he manages to do it all while maintaining his other very important position: resident Mountain Dew connoisseur.

Some of the most important people in construction aren’t always the ones you see on the jobsite. Rod is definitely one of ours.

Construction Appreciation Week: Helper Edition

Every crew needs a good helper—someone willing to jump in, learn the trade, get their hands dirty, and do whatever needs done.

And then there’s ours… jobsite royalty. 👑😂

Don’t let the crown fool you—Spencer is learning, working, and getting plenty dirty right alongside the crew. She just apparently believes PPE should include a tiara.

Some job sites take a team effort, this one apparently needed some royalty.

Leading from the front!

These three are our project leads. They bring the skill, the know-how, and just enough chaos to make sure nobody gets too comfortable.

They’re stepping into bigger leadership roles—managing projects, keeping jobs moving, solving the problems that definitely weren’t on the plans, and helping our apprentices grow along the way.

It’s a lot of moving pieces, a lot of responsibility, and probably way too many phone calls—but these three keep showing up and getting it done.

This Construction Appreciation Week, we’re pretty damn proud of the guys helping lead the way.
