After putting the finishing touches on another project, we are excited to officially wrap up this very special one—Salon 21 by Sara!

For over 30 years, Legend Homes has primarily had the privilege of building custom homes for families in our area. Every once in a while, though, we get the opportunity to take on a special project outside of our usual work, and this one was especially meaningful to us.

We want to congratulate Sara and her wonderful staff on their new building and the exciting new chapter ahead for Salon 21 by Sara! We are so proud of how everything came together and hope this space brings many years of success.

A huge thank-you to my two sons, and everyone who worked on this project, for all of their extra hard work and dedication in helping make sure every detail of the salon turned out just right for my wife. Your hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I couldn’t be more proud.

Congratulations, Sara and the entire Salon 21 by Sara team! We can’t wait for everyone to see your beautiful new space! Salon 21 by Sara

Beautifully remodeled older home in New England, North Dakota — once nearly ready for a wrecking ball, now completely renewed.

This home’s story is one of second chances: original character preserved, thoughtful updates throughout, and new life breathed into every space. A true transformation that proves the charm and craftsmanship of yesterday can shine just as brightly today.
