Spicer's Contracting & Home Restoration

Dickinson, check out what our crew has been working on! 🔨

This composite deck is coming together nicely! Custom-built fascia corners, some pretty sharp detail work, and a staircase that’s definitely not your everyday design.

We’re still waiting on the bronze aluminum railing to finish everything off, but it’s already looking good!

What do you guys think of the colors so far?

💪 IMMENSELY PROUD OF THESE GUYS.

If you didn’t already know, these are my favorites. My brothers. My crew. My family.

There’s something special about the brotherhood we’ve built at Spicer’s Contracting & Home Restoration. I get to watch these guys show up every day and put their passion, determination, resilience, and work ethic into everything they do.

They don’t just show up to collect a paycheck. They care. They take pride in their work, pride in their craftsmanship, and pride in representing Spicer’s on every job we step onto.

And that matters to me.

I want the people who work beside me to know that they’re valued, respected, appreciated, and taken care of. When you work at Spicer’s, you’re part of the Spicer family.

And being family comes with responsibility.

Our customers trust us with their homes, their businesses, their investments, and sometimes some of the most important projects of their lives. We don’t take that trust lightly.

That’s why we hold ourselves to a higher standard. We work hard. We look out for each other. We take care of our customers. And when something needs to get done, we get it done.

These guys aren’t just the crew I work with.

They’re my brothers.

I’m damn proud of every one of them, and I’m proud of the team we continue to build together.

This is Spicer’s. This is our family. And this is the Spicer’s Difference. 💪🏻

We're humbled to share a remarkable story of kindness and compassion that unfolded earlier this summer, as our team at Spicer’s Contracting & Home Restoration had the privilege of lending a helping hand to some extraordinary community members who reached out in their time of need. When a medical emergency struck, this incredible family found themselves in a desperate situation, struggling to get a wheelchair-bound loved one safely into their home. That's when our team sprang into action, driven by the desire to make a meaningful difference. With love and care, we built a wheelchair ramp, providing a safe and accessible solution, and had the joy of surprising them with this thoughtful gift, completely free of charge. From the bottom of our hearts, the Spicer family, crew, and staff would like to express our deepest gratitude to this remarkable family for trusting us with their story and allowing us to be a part of their journey. We're honored to be part of such a compassionate community, and we're constantly reminded that even the smallest acts of kindness can have a profound impact.
