Custom Kayak pool surround.
-Graded and Excavated all necessary dirt out and away.
-Created a level base, built concrete forms.
-Compacted a limestone base and installed rebar pins.
-Poured and smoothed concrete footers.
-Installed sleeved 4" perforated drain pipe around pool. Trenched down hill and installed solid 4" drain pipe to carry rain water away from pool.
-Backfilled around pool with river rock.
-Built treated 2"x4" walls and installed 1/2" treated plywood.
-Installed synthetic wrap.
-Framed and prepped a hidden door to access pool pump and filter.
-Custom bent black aluminum metal corners and trim.
-Installed Cedar Shake vinyl siding.
-Installed Rocky Harbour Trex Composite decking around the top for a decorative waterproof finish.
-Finished everything off with flower bed edging, river rock and some new plants.

Thankful for another Amazing customer from Salem Oh.
-Total tear out of existing kitchen.
-Relocated existing basement steps.
-Added on additional laundry room.
-New water lines and drains to both kitchen and laudry room..
-New Electric to both kitchen and laundry room.
-Everything New from there, subfloor, Lifeproof vinyl plank. Drywall / finish, primer and paint. Custom built cabinets and trim. Solid stone countertop and tile back splash.
-Completely finished and Insulated 2 car Garage (unpictured).
