I got a new rug that actually fits properly and a new clothing rack that is one sided .
I hope it doesn’t fall apart as it doesn’t seem as sturdy as my beautiful (and too large ) double sided rack .
I wasn’t able to do much today as I didn’t have that much time . I’m hoping next time I will be very happy after I leave the booth!

Today was a very long day of hanging wallpaper in my booth. This is the first step to my holiday display . The next thing I will do is add the chair rail and trim and paint the lower halves of the two left walls
I also have a new clothes rack to bring next time .
It’s never done !
Oh well had fun playing around with it .

Getting prepped today to begin the Holiday setup at Glasshouse .
My theme is 1980s nostalgia.
I did this theme before and I can do it well because I literally lived through it haha.
My memories during that time were of rich tones , cozy hunter green and mahogany woods, plaids, wallpaper , and a white brick house with black shutters.
Also a piano , singing carols at school and many choirs I was in growing up and Meadowbrook Theater, Jacobson’s , Hudson’s , Poison perfume and lots of Aussie hairspray .

The great thing about decorating is we are allowed to do whatever our eyes want to see!
Trees are available for us to build with and clay and heat to make tile . ….Wool and fabrics to make rugs and pillows .
We can live in a room full of wood that has stain or wood that is painted or no wood at all !
When I see the wood police I typically laugh ! The wood doesn’t care if it’s painted or stained .
