I’m searching for an old wood hymn board if anyone out there has one or sees one!
A favorite childhood memory was seeing what hymns we would sing and looking them up in the hymnal and of course singing !!

After about 100 wallpaper samples this was the one!
It looks like a beautiful woven fabric is in the wall doesn’t it?
Geometric patterns have to be hung to perfection as the pattern needs to be centered and level . This was a fun project 😍

I took some time off to sell my Holland rental property and move my son home from college .
I was also able to visit with my siblings in Ohio and Florida to celebrate graduations and my sister buying her dream property in Naples .
This week I’m so excited for many new projects and transformations . Work hard , play hard !!!! 50s mantra lol

After comparing my younger son before and after college photos I decided to compare myself to before and after getting both boys through college !
I do feel like I have aged a lifetime . Thank you to all of my clients who hired me to complete work in your homes to help support their college costs.
I moved twice and remodeled three homes in the last 5 years to help make sure they came out with no debt . It was not easy but I am glad I was here and healthy enough to do it for them!
They will make the world a better place I am sure 💙🧡
