Today, we're proud to present a remarkable project that showcases the art of optimizing space in a small backyard. The original design featured two separate decks, which our team transformed into a cohesive, functional outdoor area by adding a landing at the bottom of the upper deck and strategically placed gates for seamless access. Additionally, we revitalized the front porch to match, installing a new railing that complements the overall aesthetic.

We want to showcase a recently completed project of converting an existing deck into a space for a screened porch. This is a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the sunset after a long day of work. Matching the materials used on the main house was a great way to make the addition look seamless. There are a couple of photos at the end that show the before images.

If this project interests you, feel free to reach out to see what we can do!

Take a look at this redesigned front elevation. The homeowner was looking for something with more street appeal. By adding an open-gabled roof over a protruding concrete porch, we added depth to the front facade and gave it a little more character. If you are looking for something similar, feel free to reach out!

We recently wrapped up a massive property transformation designed to maximize indoor-outdoor living and entertainment space. The project features a bright new sunroom addition with stunning views, a seamless wrap-around composite deck with an integrated accessible ramp, and an expansive interior patio extension that is fully set up with a kitchen and long banquet seating for hosting large family gatherings.

We also constructed a heavy-duty detached garage featuring beautiful wood-look doors to provide ample storage and complete this ultimate backyard setup.

We wanted to create a space that feels both incredibly open and deeply comforting, and every detail came together perfectly. The stunning vaulted ceilings, finished with crisp, white-painted wood, instantly draw the eye upward, maximizing the room's height and bouncing that gorgeous natural light into every corner.

But a great room needs a great focal point. The beautiful stone fireplace serves as the ultimate visual centerpiece, grounding the bright, airy design with a touch of cozy, rustic warmth. Whether you're looking at the seamless craftsmanship inside or glancing through the expansive windows at the lush green view outside, it truly is the perfect spot to kick back, relax, and unwind. 🏡🔥
