Industrial Black Ceiling: Instead of losing ceiling height and spending extra on drywall, we spray-painted the exposed joists and utilities matte black. This cost-effective solution perfectly hides all imperfections and gives the space a modern, loft-like feel.

Energy Efficiency: Framed the walls, added high-quality insulation with a v***r barrier to ensure the basement stays warm and dry year-round, and finished them with durable wall panels.

Finish Flooring: Installed a durable, waterproof vinyl floor to complete the transformation.
