Yes! The glory of Devils Tower is that over 20 tribes have some connection to it. Indeed, all humans feel some uplifted heart and spirit when approaching the area.

May 2019 bring joy and contentment to ALL!

Thank You, each, for a fantastic 2018. The Scott Helmer concert was fun, if not financially rewarding. The School House floor was repaired, Thank You Trinity Construction of Casper. The Bell Tower was rebuilt (Tex Byrd) and many connections were made to start the process of opening the doors to Native Americans who want to sell goods at the Tower.

Sacred is seeking a President of this small non-profit. Mike Eisenberg is amazing and has seen it through until now he wants to become a Board Member and after 12 years of service, we can make it so. Please contact Juliana for more information.

Thank You all so much for ALL the support this summer! It has been a fantastic season with a lot of growing ideas. Scott Helmer is coming in 2019!!! The dry rot hole in the floor is beautifully repaired thanks to Trinity Construction out of Casper, the “tree trimming folks” had a terrific summit, and a new tipi (Crapie Sunshine) has been added. Sacred To Many People can open the doors!!!!

We are getting ready for an evening of live music at the Gulch on July 21. It is a fundraiser for the Little Red School House. Tickets are $10 at the door. Donations are always accepted and more information will be coming out!

The school bell tower was rebuilt over the winter: Thank You Tex Byrd for all the care and attention to detail! It has been restored to perfection!!!!

Thanks to Crook County this fabulous school house is now Sacred's new home! We are looking forward to welcoming folks to this new site and to continuing our mission of promoting understanding. Come step back in time as we move into the future, together.

A beautiful Autumn has arrived and sadly the time for closing up for winter has as well. Spring will bring out of storage stunning artwork and bring back historic items; grants written over winter will priduce resources for repair and rebuilding and Summer will see the Youth of Pine Ridge here creating and explaining.

As if today, Devils Tower - Sacred To Many People again has an office! It sits in a place of high visibility and will be restored. The buliding's structure is in incredibly great shape! Great care was taken in the transportation of it and all who participated agreed it was nerve-racking fun! It is not everyday that a 16' wide, 32' long, 20' high building goes down the road.
Will be open to viewing once foundation has been completed, hopefully next summer. In the meantime, artists from Porcupine, Evergreen and Kyle on Pine Ridge Reservation have expressed interest in bringing their work over.

Incredible gratitude for everyone who helped get this wonderful School House up on the trailer and ready to move!
The date stamped on the bell is 1886. This beautifully built structure started when the Town of Sundance did. The commitment to instructing all has been apparent through the years. Education will continue in the shadow of Devils Tower, uniting visions from different cultures in common goals -- Sacred To Many People's mission.
