Project Announcement | Camp Grafton Barracks Remodel Phase II

After successfully completing Phase I of the barracks remodel, Gleason Construction is proud to announce we’ve officially been awarded Phase II of the project out at the Camp Grafton National Guard base.

The transformation shown below highlights the impact of the first phase as we prepare to renovate another outdated barracks space into a more modern, functional facility.

Construction is scheduled to begin Fall 2026.

Project Update | Rolla NDDOT Building

Progress continues on the new North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) regional facility in Rolla, ND.

Exterior construction is nearing completion, and crews will soon begin the interior build-out, including new office spaces and a break room area.

✨ PROJECT COMPLETE! ✨

We’re proud to announce the completion of the barracks remodel at Camp Grafton.

This project involved a full interior demolition and transformation of the existing 6,000 SF space—now reconfigured into four efficient quadrants designed for functionality and long-term use.

Project highlights include:
▪️ 8 new bathrooms featuring 16 tile showers with full-height Aria partitions
▪️ New mechanical, electrical, security, plumbing, and added fire sprinkler systems throughout
▪️ Demolition of all existing interior partition walls, MEP, flooring, bathrooms, and slab
▪️ New ceilings, metal stud walls, doors, frames and hardware
▪️ Polished existing concrete floors
▪️ Separate ADA-compliant bathrooms
▪️ Mop sinks & water fountain areas

We’re proud to deliver a space that better meets the facility’s needs and improves the day-to-day experience for those who serve.

Throwback Thursday: Johnson Family Dentistry

Today we’re looking back at a remodel we completed in 2016 for Johnson Family Dentistry in Devils Lake, ND.

This project featured a complete interior renovation paired with a full exterior transformation—creating a clean, timeless, and welcoming space for both patients and staff.

One of the biggest changes? Converting the original flat-roof structure into a pitched roof design with a stone and EIFS façade, giving the building an entirely new presence along Highway 2.

Local projects like this are always rewarding—and this one still makes us smile 😄

We’re proud to announce the completion of all four single-family homes along 16th St SE in Devils Lake!
