Project Announcement | Lakewood Park Bible Camp Cafeteria Addition

Site work is underway to make room for a new cafeteria addition and remodel at Lakewood Park Bible Camp! The project will feature an efficiently designed commercial kitchen along with expanded dining space, including a new loft area, to help accommodate the camp’s continued growth.

We’re excited to be part of this project and look forward to seeing the new space take shape!

Last week, our concrete crew was out at the Devils Lake Regional Airport pouring a new concrete apron for the airport’s boarding bridge.

Great work by the crew getting this pour complete and ready for the next phase!

The dirt is moving on a new standalone Jimmy John’s restaurant along HWY 2 in Devils Lake, ND!

Gleason Construction is proud to serve as the general contractor, and we’re excited to partner with the business owners to bring this new restaurant to our community. Excavation is underway, and we look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses.

Throwback Thursday: ARCO Fueling Station

This week, we’re looking back at the ARCO Fueling Station located east of Devils Lake on HWY 2.

This project included a fuel service facility, bait shop, convenience store, and a massive 91,000 SF concrete parking area. Our crew poured approximately 1,700 cubic yards of concrete pavement!

Through a design-build approach, we provided the owners with a concrete solution that met the project’s performance requirements while staying within budget.

The finished project earned Gleason Construction the 2010 North Dakota Ready Mix Award for Concrete Paving—an accomplishment we’re still proud of today!

Earlier this week, we had the privilege of attending the dedication ceremony for the National Guard Line of Communication Bridge (LOC-B) Training Area at Camp Grafton.

This specialized combat bridge-building facility is the only location in the nation to support National Guard members as they prepare for these types of real-world missions.

We’re proud to have served as the contractor that brought this unique training area to life. It was especially rewarding to see the project in action and the impact it will have for years to come. Thank you to the Devils Lake Chamber of Commerce for attending and helping recognize this important addition to Camp Grafton.
