The proceeds will go to support African American Students pursuing an education in S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) for scholarships and book funds.

The book has the foreword written by former Detroit Mayor, Dennis Archer, includes a brief life story of Bernard White and his steps to founding White Construction, pictures/descriptions of numerous projects White Construction had the opportunity to work on or lead, awards, newspaper/magazine articles, employee activities, etc., etc.

The milestone Coffee Table Sized Legacy hard cover book, entitled "White Construction ... An American Story ... Built in Detroit" is for sale now. All proceeds and/or donations from the sale of the book will go to the W. Bernard White Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization to support African American students enrolled in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
