Giving the very important grid pic to Molly Marshall ‘s Top Chef pot as it has ALREADY been claimed!

This one is long, but I didn’t want to be a “follow along for part 2” person? Enjoy our BTS of making the pots with the mandatory ingredients you voted on, along with a few additions from each other and the pantry!

These pots couldn’t be more different which was super fun to see.

Which addition to the mandatory plants were you happy to see? That you thought really “made” the final pot?

Also thinking softer colors could be in our future, with our Molly girl doing her thing? Especially for the (only) 2 people I let request no purple?

Let's have some fun in the 100 degree heat today, shall we? Top Chef with Plants: starting out with a full sun edition!

(ps we aren't competing though bc bpp believes in collaboration over competition!)

We're gonna take the top three voted on plants to use as mandatory ingredients in a leftovers pot, which of course will be available to buy, and with other ingredients in our "kitchen, create a true BPP style pot!

We want to hear from everyone, especially my fellow digginginassociation container gardeners!

Okkkkkk, we are officially on to LEFTOVERS POTS 🙌🏻 and I NEED YOUR HELP!

Sharing lots of pics here for folks who like to pick & choose, but if you would love a little cutie & want to support a good cause- proceeds going to Make Food Not Waste - but don't want to have to spend time mind-f*cking plant choices with me- you can just comment below or send me a DM!

I also have 2 spots left for DIY pots, where I pull together plants for your space and show you how to plant them in your pots. So of you like the idea of getting your hands dirty but don't feel confident in your plant choices or tbh just don't want to do the legwork, hoot me up!

PS the "2 spots left" isn't a gross scarcity dashes technique; I have my shoulder procedure Tuesday so we're literally strapped for time! I'm sure I can as extra spots based on recovery time of you aren't in a big hurry 🤞🏻

Happy Sunday!

Please enjoy this “inside visit to my anxiety”, featuring me desperately hoping to have redeemed myself this year- and also the Redemption colocasia which I swear was not chosen for the theme. But it’s fun how things work out?

I 100% know using fewer varieties will “show” more dramatically, and I truly considered it BUT this is who I am 🤷‍♀️ I love these pots and don’t regret my choices.

I mean to be CLEAR I’ll WORRY about the choices, but I can’t regret them. 🤪

Other than fewer varieties, what did I miss that should’ve made an appearance? Any pink/purple favorites?

I was told by folks who are getting snowed on that we're giving them vicarious happiness by sharing actual spring plants so here we gooooo!!!

Yes I have a love affair with Hellebore and Molly Whites aka MOLLY'S White. Enjoy this peek into her beauty.

Along with a peek of our sweet bb jacks, sitting up like a creepy weirdo.

Here's the deal: I see 25 on Tuesday but other than that we're over 28 so I say grab your plant jackets & LFGGGGGGGGG! 🙌🏻

Life's too short to stare at brown greens and empty pots. I've also been been told (and I AGREE we need more beauty and joy and Molly Whites and bb jacks and even BIG COLOR vibes.
