Our NEXT FLIP PROJECT is closing at the end of the week!
If you have worked with us before, just want to get some extra cash in your pocket before summer, or are a SEASONED PRO, we probably have a spot for you on this project since this one will be gutted to the studs....
(OR) if you've been on the sidelines about investing in real estate or learning construction, now is your chance as well to learn what they don't show you on HGTV.

SCOPE-OF-WORK
We are hiring both new and skilled labor positions and subcontractors or specialists for the following:
*DEMO and CLEANOUT (+Dumpster Rental Companies)
*DRYWALL (Installation and Finishing)
*CONCRETE (6'x20' existing Porch and extended driveway, repair and new work, demo and haul away as well)
*GARAGE DOOR (repair and/or new installation bids)
*GENERAL LABOR (will teach and train for Carpentry, Painting, Flooring, Demolition, etc.)
WINDOW COMPANIES: At least 7 new windows for full replacement and trim kit (large bay window in front of house)
*CRAWL SPACE - cleanout and potentially encapsulate
*PLUMBING - replacing galvanized in few areas, , correct pipes for water tank, some rough work
FENCING CONTRACTORS - Chainlink fence repair/s
SIDING CONTRACTORS - Home (900 sq ft) and Garage (approx 320 sq ft)
ELECTRICAL - upgrading from 60amp old fuse to new 100AMP circuit breaker and slight location adjustment, potential rewire, update GFI in kitchen and bath, run new line for Dryer/Stove.
