Another Beautiful Outdoor Living Space In progress. Softscape left to do.

This project is all about creating a space that’s made for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the outdoors!

We installed a beautiful paver patio, custom seating wall, columns, and a built-in fire pit to bring this backyard together. The large-format pavers and detailed border work give this space a clean, high-end finish, while the seating wall creates the perfect spot to gather around the fire.

Now it’s time for the landscaping to finish bringing it all together!

This new home received a complete landscape installation featuring: ✔️ Aluminum landscape edging ✔️ Versa-Lok retaining wall ✔️ 2–4" decorative rock ✔️ Full irrigation system ✔️ Fresh sod to bring it all together

Hardscape / Softscape / Landscape Crew Member
Location: Detroit Lakes, MN
Employment Type: Full‑Time, Seasonal with potential year‑round opportunities

About the Position
We are looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our hardscape/softscape/landscape team. This role is hands‑on and involves installing high‑quality outdoor environments including patios, walkways, steps, boulders, plantings, mulch, edging, and general landscape construction.

If you take pride in craftsmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and want to grow with a professional crew, this is a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities
Installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and natural stone steps

Perform softscape work including mulch, rock, edging, plantings, and bed preparation

Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, and skid steers (experience preferred but not required)

Load/unload materials, site cleanup, and daily jobsite organization

Follow project layouts, grades, and installation standards

Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Interact professionally with clients and crew members

Qualifications
Experience in hardscape or landscape installation preferred, but willing to train the right person

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to operate equipment (skid steer, mini‑ex) is a plus

Knowledge of paver systems, base prep, and drainage is a plus

Small project we recently completed to help solve an erosion issue alongside this driveway. We installed 2–4” river rock with bullet edging for a clean look and long-lasting protection.
