PROJECT COMPLETE | MIDWEST BANK – DETROIT LAKES

This one means a little more to us.

Midwest Bank is our bank, and we were proud to be selected to build their new Detroit Lakes location.

Those around Detroit Lakes know this was a challenging site, and we had plenty of obstacles along the way. But we had one goal from the start: get Midwest Bank open by the end of August 2026. We delivered.

A big shoutout to our BCI team. Dustin Bristlin led the estimating and early project work, helping get this challenging project out of the ground and through the winter. Kelly Wurst stepped in at a critical point and helped drive the project across the finish line.

We’re proud of the finished product. What was once a challenging, underutilized site is now a building that makes a statement as you enter Detroit Lakes from the west.

Thank you to Zerr Berg Architects for the collaboration and to all of our valued trade partners for their dedication and craftsmanship throughout the project.

We’re excited to share that the MN Flyers Gymnastics facility project in Detroit Lakes is officially complete!

We’re proud to have been part of bringing this incredible space to life for the athletes, families, and the entire Detroit Lakes community.

More to come soon—we’ll be sharing a closer look at this project and the people who made it happen!

The $3.85 million project beat its original $4.2 million budget and opened months early, with about $1 million still needed to close out the capital campaign.

We’re getting close to the finish line on the new Midwest Bank branch in Detroit Lakes. It’s been a great project, and we’re proud of how this beautiful building has come together.

Looking forward to turning it over to the Midwest Bank team soon. Thanks to everyone who has helped make it happen!

This is a great update and summary of work on the Washington Ballpark project we are currently working on! Great progress so far and we look forward to closing our phase out by the end of the year!

We're excited to announce that Bristlin Construction has been awarded the contract to build the new United Savings Credit Union branch in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota!

This marks our third project with United Savings Credit Union, and we're grateful for the continued trust and partnership. The new branch will be located at the busy intersection of Highway 34 and Richwood Road, bringing a beautiful new addition to one of Detroit Lakes' most visible corners.

We look forward to getting started and delivering another quality project for the USCU team while helping enhance the community.

We're grateful to have been awarded the contract for the Detroit Lakes Public Library reroof and remodel project.

It's always meaningful to work in our hometown and play a small part in projects that help preserve and improve the places our community uses every day. We appreciate the trust that's been placed in Bristlin Construction and look forward to partnering with everyone involved to deliver a quality project.
