"That crack is absolutely impossible to inject, it's too small" -This was told to a client by another "reputable" foundation repair & waterproofing company...🙄

Online "reputable" does not mean real world "reputable".

In this case 3 other companies in the industry tried their best to "sell" the client something different, because...

1. They don't do the work themselves

2. They are looking for the most money 💲 they can get

Why call us? 🤔

This project was required by the underwriter for the home to be bought. Neither seller or buyer had the funds. In coordination between the real estate agent, title company, lender, and the engineer we completed both projects AFTER closing. 🙌

Foundation Repair which entailed foundation crack injections, lots of grinding, and the installation of bi-directional carbon fiber. ✔️

Sump Pump Basin install and 52' of interior draintile to relieve hydrostatic pressure. ✔️

No extra loan needed. Scheduled and coordinated flawlessly. Paid out of escrow at completion. ✔️

If you have a sump pump, where does it terminate? Is the water going where it should or is it a problem, or a problem waiting to happen? 🤨

This 120' sump pump drain line extension was installed, start to finish, in less time and for less 💲 by hand than those who charge to bring their equipment out! 💪
