KIDstruction Week 2026 was a huge success! Glad to have been able to join the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1 team and be part of such a great event where the proceeds go to St. Louis Children's Area of Greatest Need, a fund that helps St. Louis Children's patients, families and the community when they need it the most.

The fall semester is underway at the St. Louis Electrical Industry Training Center and we’re honored to share once again that Dustin has the privilege of teaching the Codeology course.

Continuing education is an important part of what sets IBEW electricians apart. Through Codeology and the many other courses offered at the Training Center, our members have the opportunity to continue building their knowledge and skills throughout their careers.

Teaching Codeology provides the opportunity to work alongside fellow IBEW Brothers and Sisters as we study the National Electrical Code and more importantly, how to apply it to real-world situations in the field. It also keeps us engaged with the latest Code requirements and changes that directly affect the work we perform every day.

This commitment to education, training, and continued improvement is one of the reasons IBEW electricians are among the most skilled and qualified electricians in the workforce.

We are grateful for the opportunity to play a small part in continuing that tradition and helping prepare our members to be the absolute best in the business.
