We’ve recently installed trees on multiple properties, and many people don’t realize that fall and winter can be a great time to plant trees and shrubs!

Why? Cooler temperatures and increased moisture help reduce stress on plants, while the soil can stay warm enough for roots to establish before spring growth. That means healthier roots and a great head start for next season!

Another project wrapped up! 💪

We started by installing a 40-ft French drain across the front of the home to redirect water and help prevent basement leaks. We also rerouted all of the downspouts away from the foundation.

To finish it off, we installed a Midwest Block landscape border that really brought the front of the home together.

Now it’s up to the homeowners to add their plants and pour a new step, and this home will be looking beautiful! 🌿

We turned an area with a ton of runoff into a beautiful, functional dry creek bed. We also added fresh mulch beds, giving our customer the perfect space to add flowers and perennials next spring. 🌿
