These are IKEA cabinets, built on site. The kitchen features a classic textured tile backsplash, and brass pendant lighting over the island — still looks as fresh today
as the day we wrapped it. Clean lines, tight installation, no shortcuts.

Large-format porcelain tile, recessed lighting throughout, built-in shelving, open layout. This is what extra
living space actually looks like — not a dark storage room, but a real part of the house.
We handle the whole thing: framing, electrical, flooring, paint. You just tell us how you want to use it.

The finished bathroom. Every detail done right.

top. Basketweave floors that tie it all together.
This is what a bathroom remodel looks like when you don't cut corners — on materials, on
installation, or on the finish work.

The new dormer — outside and in.

While the inside of this dormer is getting spray foam, drywall, and hardwood floors, the outside already has new vinyl cedar shake siding and a fresh window. Same attention to detail, every surface.

Whole-house remodel in Des Plaines. This is what a project looks like when every trade does their part.

This is what it looks like inside the dormer we built — before drywall closes it up.

Spray foam insulation seals the sloped ceiling and walls completely — no gaps, no thermal bridges, no air leaks. It’s the difference between a room that’s comfortable year-round and one that’s drafty in January and sweltering in July.

You’ll never see this once drywall goes up. That’s exactly why we take the photo.

We always pull a permit. Even when you don’t have to.

Some contractors skip the permit to save time or money. We don’t. Permits mean inspections, and inspections mean a third party — the city — is checking our work. That’s not a hassle. That’s a guarantee.

We’re heading through inspections right now on a major whole-house remodel in Des Plaines. Everything on schedule, everything by the book.

Family-owned since 1977. If you’re hiring a contractor, ask to see the permit.

Here’s what carries the load when a wall comes down.

This is an LVL — a laminated veneer lumber beam, engineered and sized specifically for the span it’s crossing. When we open up a wall to create an open floor plan, this is what goes in its place. You can see the load specs stamped right on the beam.

Most people never think about what’s holding their home up. We think about it every day.
