As winter is getting ready to set in please make sure you have disconnected all hoses from exterior hose bibs and shut the water off to them if you have shut off valves installed. Also remember when the temperatures dip really cold for several days to have faucets in the house located on exterior walls to a slow drip and open all cabinets under the sinks. Place space heaters in the basements where any lines have previously frozen and ruptured to help prevent issues again.
