se they want to charge you an arrival fee of 80 dollars or more to get their foot in the door. They think that you will feel obligated to let them fix it for an outrageous price because you already owe them 80 dollars. Also you get free estimates on bigger jobs. Give me a call. light commercial job we did in urbandale. It's going to be a fitness/personal trainer facility. The space had no plumbing in it before. Now it'll have 2-3/4 baths, mop sink, etc. It's on 100th and Douglas in same building as Verizon just north of wendys.
