Who else has Quickbooks online?
Up until 7/31/2026 I had nothing but praise for the easy of use of this program. Today 8/13/2026 I can no longer say that! I have been locked out of my account, due to cyber fraud, all month long. Nothing has been taken from my account but my login information was changed and a new bank account added, credit card and loan had be applied for! During this duration I have been unable to do any estimates, process invoices, accept cc payments, rectify any payments received, update and order inventory, and so on. I’m happy to hear they have caught it and stop the fraudulent activity from happening but this has been way to long of a process to get it reactivated. The amount of hold times and transfers from one department to the other is unacceptable.
I’m writing this post while currently on hold. My phone time counter currently has me at 4hrs 26mins and 48sec.
I have missed multiple calls(potential job opportunities$$$) and I’m leaning heavily on changing my program and seek legal counsel.
Any suggestions of a new accounting software and a great business legal team would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Being self employed is very time consuming and exhausting. I thank God for being so blessed and giving me the strength and wisdom to still make time to be with my family! It’s all worth it with the little things!

Maintenance maintenance maintenance!
It’s really a big deal! You change the oil in your car, lawnmowers, w**d trims, and so many other MECHANICAL items please don’t neglect the system that keeps you comfortable after all your hard labor!
This is our busy season and it is difficult to get to everyone quickly right now. Half of our calls lately are due to the lack of maintenance.
When it’s spring time get the A/C checked and please this fall call and schedule your furnace check up!
This isn’t a guarantee you won’t have a break down, but we might be able to avoid it if we see some potential issues and it may just keep you from having a problem!

Leaking from right below the hvac system! A creature busted a hole in the fiber board. We repaired it with metal. We also repaired a flex supply run and secured it back in place. Client is happy and I’m hot and itchy. Win/lose situation! Man I love HVAC most days! 😆

Hot itchy mess! Pesty varmits got under this home chewed a hole in the fiber board duct! Air was pouring out the hole! We repaired it with metal and reattached another supply run that was also damaged. My arms may be rashed out from insulation but at least the client will sleep more comfortably tonight.

On today’s episode of don’t do that! We replaced a full system for a client that works from home. The cable company decided their best route into the home was to go all the way around the house through the fresh air intake of the furnace and into the mechanical room. Needless to say the client was without internet and had to resort to hot spot till the cable guy got there. Had to show him the pictures cause he didn’t believe it.
