Here is the picture that the customer sent me. Said he wanted to tighten the dial ring because it was loose. He pulled the back plate off witch fired the relock. Closed the door and turned the handle. Called me and said combo wouldn’t work.
Luckily when I arrived the dial was still unlocked, just the external relock was fired.
While driving to job i was thinking both relocks, internal and external.
