Let’s get to know each other. Let’s build a community, one project at a time, day by day.

You may ask yourself, why do I need a general contractor and what does a general contractor do exactly? Well, Nikolaus acts as the central hub and project manager for construction, overseeing residential or commercial projects from conception to completion. Nikolaus loves his job and it’s more fun than work to him. He truly excels.

Do you know what’s hard to find? A contractor that leads by example,the owner and the operator. The kind of guy that you won’t see his men alone, the type of guy that works along side you and that pushes you to grow and ultimately excel.

Check this out! 5 day completion. No corners cut, all gas⛽️ no break! 🏎️

Scope of work:

• Replaced 60 sheets of subfloor, self leveled all trouble spots, smoothed seems, glue down LVP installed!

• 80 year old plaster, called for repairs and heavy texture. Painted with SW Flat White. 🎨

Right on budget and finished the job a week ahead of schedule, so they can get their new tenants in.
