Taking care of your mental health is an important part of staying safe at work. If something is weighing on you, take a moment to pause, speak up, and reach out for support. Check in on your crew, too. You never know what someone else may be carrying. Recently, foremen at a Des Moines jobsite participated in a training exercise focused on an important reminder: take care of yourself and look out for one another.
