🚨 Recently Awarded Project 🚨

✅ Project: Aurora Heights Elementary School Addition & Renovation.
✅ Location: Newton, Iowa.
✅ Contract Value: $12.9 Million.
✅ Estimated Completion: Spring 2026
✅ Scope of Work: Construction of a 37,000 sf two-story educational facility built with durable masonry and steel, designed to enhance learning spaces and meet modern educational needs. Alongside the addition, the project involves a 4,200 sf renovation of existing interior spaces for improved functionality.
