Whether I’m having a good or bad day I can look down at the pieces and be carrying around a little reminder of the people, memories or moments that mean the most to me in life 🥹✨ during some of my hardest months postpartum I used to love the days I felt like myself enough to put a little piece of jewellery on and feel like Carys again🧸✨ Also, you can literally personalise the pieces exactly how you want, for example with the floating charm necklace or watch you can add one birthstone or one initial, or you can add up to 5!! Skinny Tok is more than just a trend and it’s heartbreaking. Thinking about my little girls growing up and viewing this content. Content that tells them that “being skinny is the outfit” and “you look put together in anything when you’re the skinniest version of yourself”. It brings tears to my eyes. Everyone is on a different journey with their body and weight gain can happen for so many reason. It’s not just a trend on social media either, brands have stopped using midsize or plus-size models to represent their clothing and suddenly we’re back to only seeing one body shape represented 💔 we all come in different shapes and sizes for a variety of reasons. I’ve been from a size XS through to a now size L and one thing I know for certain when it comes to size, NO size guarantees you confidence. I have so much more confidence now than I ever had when I was a size XS because I know my worth, I value life for being about more than a body shape, and most importantly I found the power of dressing and styling my body to feel comfortable and confident every day. You are not the problem, I promise you 🫶🏻

Spoiler alert… the gym doesn’t have to be about getting a flat tummy or shrinking yourself to suit other people’s oppinions on what an acceptable body shape is. To me the gym is my escape, and it has been for the past 10 years. I’ve loved the gym when I was a size XS, S, M and now L! Each phase of life looks different and that’s okay. Cute gym fits and sweating out endophins looks good on EVERY body shape and size 🔥
