Our Team came through on this Amazing Timbertech Coconut Husk Prime Collection deck with a complementing Westbury C10 Tuscany Collection railing. The owners were tired of the upkeep and maintenance with their old deck so we replaced it with this beautiful composite deck. We are working on a large basement project and one of the unique features is this pedestal for the peninsula we designed and built for our client. We wrapped up this project just in time for some weekend entertaining. We created this massive patio space for these amazing clients last summer and the second phase this season was adding a spot for storage as well as a space for serving and entertaining. We created this 2 sided serving space with a glass roll up door, we added cabinets for storage and mounted an 85” TV for this family. These amazing customers just purchased a brand new Happe home and wanted to add closet organizers in all the bedrooms, some built in shelves at the bar, another kitchen cabinet and a fully built in pantry set up. We came, took measurements, built all of these units off site at our shop, did all the finish work at our shop and installed everything on site. Our crew is very excited to get this project going. Helical piers were installed today and the framing has begun. This will be a 3 season room using EZE Breeze windows and their Cabana door with an open area for grilling outside the 3 season room. These homeowners are super excited to have their deck be usable longer and also blocking out the sun during the times they want to enjoy the outdoors. You’ll be AMAZED! ‼️
