At Community Housing Initiatives, we believe affordable housing should be thoughtful, functional, and designed with dignity in mind.
We’re grateful for partners like ASK Studio and their commitment to creating housing that serves people well, regardless of income level. ASK Studio has completed 53 projects with CHI over the past 20 years in Iowa. Additionally, more than 6,000 residences, including over 4,500 affordable homes and 90 LIHTC projects, have been completed with other partners across the Midwest.
The Roosevelt Apartments by CHI are one example of this impactful partnership, bringing together innovative design, functionality, and quality affordable housing for the community.
