Building strong relationships is just as important as building great projects. Last Thursday, the DCI team spent the day on the course for our annual golf outing, enjoying friendly competition, team camaraderie, and plenty of laughs along the way. ⛳ Congratulations to our winners, and thanks to everyone who made it a great day! 🏆 A special thank you to Toad Valley Golf Course for hosting us.

From structure to spaces people will soon experience, Gather continues to take shape.

Major structural milestones are now complete, including the parking garage precast structure and amenity space steel installation. Roof truss installation is underway, marking the transition into the next phase of construction as enclosure work and building systems begin to come together.

With roofing, exterior finishes, utility improvements, and MEP rough-ins progressing, the vision for Gather is becoming a reality one milestone at a time.

This project's success is a testament to the power of teamwork.

We're grateful to Greene County Sheriff’s Office, County Board of Supervisors, ISG, EDI-Dolejs, Inc., and every partner who played a role in bringing this project to completion. Delivered on time and under budget, the result reflects the hard work, collaboration, and shared commitment of an exceptional team.

Thank you to everyone who contributed their expertise, effort, and dedication throughout the process. While we're proud of the project itself, we're even more proud of what it means for the community. The work of this team helped create a resource that will support those who serve Greene County, strengthen public safety, and make a positive impact for years to come.

Last week, the DCI Group team had a great time at the Central Iowa Stag! We enjoyed beverage sampling, dinner, the auction and, of course, some stein holding.

Two of our own took home the champion belts. Congratulations to Jarrad Boever and Kurt Fisher! 🏆🍻

A big thank you to Variety - the Children's Charity of Iowa for hosting such a fun event and bringing everyone together for a great night. We are always glad to support an organization doing so much for kids across Iowa.

Last Friday, DCI Group had some fair fun! 🎡 We enjoy getting together outside of the office, especially when our families can join us. It was a great opportunity to relax, spend time together, and enjoy a fun afternoon as a DCI Group family.
