Join us in welcoming our new Operations Manager, Chris Standing!
With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry and 25 years in construction management, Chris brings a steady hand and a wealth of knowledge to the RDB team.
His favorite part of the job is taking a set of drawings and watching them come to life—creating spaces that are built to last for generations.
When he’s not on the jobsite, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife of 33 years and their three adult children. You’ll also find him woodworking in his shed, attending classic car shows, or enjoying time with family.

We’re excited to add him to the team!

Our guys have been building some amazing pieces, and we never take for granted that we get to be a part of creating a space that will hold some of the biggest events of a family’s life.
