Wishing Richard "Dick" Felice a very happy 90th birthday!

Dick has won nearly every accolade imaginable in the masonry industry, leading the way for all of us to follow. His passion for masonry has always been incredibly strong, leading Forrest & Associate for more than 60 years and continuing today as a valued consultant and member of Team Forrest.

But beyond all of his professional accomplishments, the one thing that always stood out while working for Mr. Felice was his love for family. At 90 years old, he has set a standard that is almost unreachable for the rest of us. Dick married his wife, Elaine, in 1967, and together they built an amazing family with 6 children, 16 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.

His legacy is not only found in the masonry industry, but in the family, friendships, and lives he has impacted along the way.

Happy 90th Birthday, Dick — and thank you for paving the way for so many of us.

Team Forrest is proud of its work with the Masonry Institute of Iowa in supporting hands-on learning opportunities for Iowa State University engineering students.
Recently, we had the privilege of leading site tours showcasing both completed and active projects, including the District 7 building in Ankeny, constructed for DRA Properties, as well as the ongoing work at the DMOS Norwalk Clinic with Estes Construction.
These experiences give Iowa State University engineering students valuable insight into real-world masonry and construction practices—from project development through active build phases.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to help connect classroom learning with field experience and to support the next generation of industry professionals.
