We’ve been quiet on facebook but haven’t slowed down on the job site. We’ve been repairing all the rot and insect damage on the existing house, replacing the garage door trim, and entry door trim. Behind the plywood and above the sliding door we’ve added a beam to support the roof on the addition. The slab is done and we’re ready for the frame to go up.

These guys don’t mess around! Foundation is poured. Check back to see the frame go up. In the meantime we’ll be getting the house ready for siding and repairing any rot or damaged structure. We’ll be adding new flashing around the house at foundation level as well as making sure the house is water tight before the new siding goes on.

Here we go on our next project! We broke ground the beginning of the week. Today we have our concrete guys here setting forms and getting ready to pour this afternoon. Follow us as we give this house a nice modern look outside. We’ll be adding a 12X15 foot 3 season room off the back of the house. Then the existing house is going to get new siding, and trim. Check back for updates throughout this project.

Huge shout out to both Nelson signs and screen printing in Auburn NH for the quick turnaround on our lettering, and Boyer’s Truck Equipment in Hudson NH for outfitting our new work truck. They handled ladder rack, spray in bedliner, undercoating and a few other miscellaneous accessories. They will also be installing our plow electronics and push plates. But for now she’s ready to go to work.

We are at Banks Chevrolet in Concord NH picking up a new addition to the fleet. Off to get lettered and fitted out for us!

Take a look at this Master bedroom suite we just finished up. The bedroom really looks great with the dark green walls and the 10 foot ceiling. We added a sliding door to the pool. This bathroom and walk in closet are definitely the focal point with both a custom tiled shower and a free standing tub. Both the closet and bathroom have heated tiled floors. What’s hard to see is the ceiling mounted mini splits providing climate control throughout.

Take a look at this In Law apartment that we’re just finishing up on. This one checks all the boxes from the custom tiled shower and free standing tub in the only bathroom, the kitchen and living area have an open concept complete with sun tunnels, a propane fireplace as well as a beautiful waterfall countertop. Check back as we add more pictures of the master bathroom suite that we’re working on in the original house. Oh I almost forgot to mention the custom dog wash tub. This really has everything anyone would need.
