Requirements for the job:

Must have 15 years’ experience in the general construction field.

Minimum 5 years as a crew boss.

Own tools

Reliable transportation

Job description:

Layout job at hand and follow through from start to finish

Give instructions to your crew and keep them safe and productive

Be able to read and direct blueprints

Know codes and regulations for the surrounding area where we work

Don’t be afraid to do anything you ask your crew to do

Have daily paperwork to do and over see your guys are doing it also (basically describing what you did during the day, any problems you ran into)

Work right alongside with your guys.

Tile, flooring, painting, drywall, drywall finishing, electrical work, plumbing, finish carpentry, wood working, framing, etc.

Must be willing to work hard

Lay different types of flooring,painting,finish carpentry work,framing,drywall hanging,drywall finishing,electrical,plumbing,concrete,siding,doors,windows,roofing. These are all things we do. You must be experienced. Where looking for well rounded individuals in the general construction field. If you aren't experienced and dont have pride in your work please dont apply. Series candidate's only. Must have own tools, ten years of experience in the following trades. As in been doing all of these skills all togather for atleast ten years.
