Another one restored the right way 🧱

These natural stone steps were previously installed without a proper concrete footing, which led to settling and movement in the pavers and steps. The outdoor shower drain and plumbing line had also been compromised.

Our crew carefully removed the existing stone steps and pavers, excavated the area to access and repair the plumbing line, and rebuilt the foundation from the ground up - all while preserving the natural look.

- Failed plumbing line repaired
- Proper base installed and compacted
- New concrete footing installed for the natural stone steps
- Existing stones carefully reset
- Pavers restored and tied back into existing surrounding area

A great looking installation is only as good as what’s underneath it. Taking the time to correct the underlying issues gives this area a solid foundation for years to come.

Old granite, new life!

These original granite steps were removed and reset. We addressed the foundation, and placed new steel reinforced concrete to ensure the staircase’s structural integrity for years to come.

Each original granite stone was carefully reset along with install of custom iron railings to return the staircase back to its original state.

The goal was to preserve the staircase’s authentic character while rebuilding it properly from the ground up.

Start to finish teamwork on this full front entry-way remodel in Chester!

This transformation included:
✔️ Full site excavation
✔️ Custom granite front steps
