THE 5 WARNING SIGNS:
SIGN #1: BROWN SPOTS IN OTHERWISE GREEN LAWN

What it looks like: Specific dead areas while rest of lawn is healthy
The problem: Broken/clogged/stuck sprinkler heads in those zones
