Not every client wants a full log home. Not every client wants something that feels purely modern. A lot of them want something in between.

That's where hybrid homes come in.

The structure is built with our handcrafted preframed panels, wrapped in our custom milled siding. Inside, timber beams, trusses, and accents carry the warmth and character throughout, whether the rest of the interior is finished in classic tongue and groove or clean drywall for a more contemporary feel.

It's one of the most flexible approaches we offer. The bones are efficient. The character is unmistakably there. And the interior can go in almost any direction the client wants.

A steep hillside. A narrow lakefront lot. A site with elevation changes, setback restrictions, or flood zone considerations.

Site-specific design means the home is shaped around the land, not forced onto it. We've built on slopes that required creative foundation work, lakefront sites with serious regulatory constraints, and lots where every foot of the footprint had to be earned.

The hard sites are often the most rewarding. The views usually don't lie.
