This week, we celebrated the newly renovated and expanded Carriage House at Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, New Jersey. Surrounded by our project partners, including KSS Architects and government officials, the transformation was marked complete with a ribbon cutting. Just steps from the theater, the project blended the historic building with a 6,000 square foot addition, enabling Paper Mill Playhouse to accommodate 228 patrons throughout the new dining, event, and performance spaces.

A local landmark in Millburn is stepping into a starring role of its own with an $8.5 million renovation.

Project Complete ✅
This 21,000+ square foot Bottle King in Springfield, NJ underwent interior and exterior renovations to bring the store up to brand standards. The retail store is now open and fully stocked, just in time for your holiday soirees!
