Another one in the books.

This house in Denver was built pre 1910. For the most part, had been updated. This bathroom had been done some time ago and needed some updating. We removed the tub and the partition wall the tub was on. Reframed the wall to widen the closet and bring the wall to the ceiling. Curbless shower, shower valve and shower head on opposite walls, bidet seat on the toilet and some nice updated bath accessories. This bathroom came together in 3 weeks and I’m very pleased with the final product.

“I want my bathroom to feel like a beach resort.”

This is what my customer told me when they hired me. Tile floor to ceiling. An accent wall with a small format tile, 24x48 in the walls and 36x36 on the floor and shower floor. An outlet for the bidet/tankless toilet and some very nice finishes to give it that high end feel. This bathroom exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I love when a plan comes together and a vision comes to life.

Full scale remodel in 5 days!

This is a small primary bath in an old house in Evergreen. The customer had a vision and we brought it to life. New shower valve, new bathtub, tile on shower walls and bath floor. Couple of bath accessories, new vanity, new toilet, fresh paint and VOILA! Very pleased with how this one came out.

Trap door repair. This door weighs ~75lbs and nothing to hold it open or aid it open or close. We installed HD hinges with gas loaded springs on the inside. New wood stained to contrast and a new HD handle to open the door.

Another full house remodel in the books.

This house was built in 1892! No joke 🫣 It needed a lot of TLC. We came in and tore out all the carpet upstairs, tore out the kitchen and removed a ton of old dirt and debris from the house.

Insert new kitchen, new appliances, new countertops, new backsplash, new paint in entire house and new carpet upstairs. Along with a bunch of miscellaneous repairs throughout. Not bad for 3 weeks start to finish. 🫡🫡
