Jordy Construction is proud to serve as the general contractor for Ash & Agave, an exciting new dining concept coming to Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver.

Working alongside Shucking Good Hospitality and architect Semple Brown, this project will transform the former California Pizza Kitchen space into a vibrant Mexican Riviera–inspired restaurant featuring wood- and charcoal-fired cuisine, fresh seafood, and agave-forward cocktails.

Hospitality projects like this require thoughtful coordination between ownership, design, and construction teams. Jordy Construction is excited to help bring this new dining destination to life in one of Denver’s premier retail environments.
