Delivered within an active hospital environment, our team worked closely with caregivers and hospital leadership to maintain operations, prioritize patient safety, and minimize disruptions throughout construction. We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner on projects that create a lasting impact on the community.

This milestone reflects the careful coordination required between field crews, trade partners, hospital staff, and the project team to keep work moving safely and efficiently while maintaining full operations on an active hospital campus.

We're proud to recognize this year's two George Harris Memorial Scholarship award winners, Melanie Macias and Max Carey, outstanding students who embody the leadership, work ethic, and community impact that defined George Harris.

Melanie, a Construction Management student at Michigan State University, serves as president of the MSU AGC student chapter and president of the Construction Management Honor Society. Beyond the classroom, she gives back through extensive volunteer work across the campus community, including fostering dogs and supporting local organizations.

Max, a Construction Management student at Purdue University, is an active member of the National Association of Home Builders. Outside of academics, he is actively involved in his community parish, plays on the Purdue Men's Club Lacrosse team, and enjoys intramural volleyball.

These two emerging leaders are already making a meaningful impact on their communities, and we're honored to support them as they continue their education and pursue their goals.

Meet Tony Glawe, Field Operations Leader. Tony brings experience leading complex projects across Wyoming and Colorado, spanning K-12 education, healthcare, higher education, and commercial work. His experience on projects ranging from $1M tenant improvement projects to $100M+ ground up projects has shaped his ability to navigate challenges, coordinate teams, and keep projects moving from early planning through completion.

Tony leads with a people-first approach, while bringing clarity and process where it's important to solve problems, make our teams more efficient, and deliver for our clients.

Throughout his career, Tony has spent much of his time building in smaller communities. That experience has shaped his ability to build strong partnerships with local trade partners, bring teams together, and deliver projects that leave a lasting impact.

Outside of work, you'll find Tony golfing, grilling, and spending time outside with his family.

Meet Shay Hudachek, Preconstruction Lead. Shay is an Iowa State graduate who brings diverse experience across project management and preconstruction, working in multiple states and sectors including commercial, K-12, and healthcare. His broad background makes him a proactive, solution-oriented problem solver who adds tremendous value to our team by turning early project ideas into clear, actionable plans.

Shay leads with communication, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to getting it right. He joined FH because he was excited about the high-impact work and company vision for growth.

Outside of work, you'll find Shay golfing, hiking, woodworking, or out on walks with his wife and their dog, Daphne.

We're grateful to have Shay on the team and exited for the impact he continues to make!
