From the foundation up. 🏗️

Our team at MCC Construction Solutions recently completed an extensive reconstruction project at Stratus Apartments in Colorado Springs, CO.

Spanning 16 apartment units, this comprehensive capital improvement project involved everything from foundational stabilization and structural repairs to the reconstruction of exterior decks, stair systems, and patios.

Inside, each unit underwent extensive renovations, including new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, and finishes, transforming the living spaces from the inside out.

Projects of this scale require thoughtful coordination, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality at every stage.

More than a renovation — a complete rebuild designed for long-term performance and lasting value.

This Reno, NV exterior renovation transformed 38 buildings, enhancing both curb appeal and long-term durability for residents.

Project Scope:

• Full siding installation on 38 buildings (37 residential buildings + daycare facility)
• Replacement of 830 windows
• Installation of 347 sliding patio doors
• Carport repairs

Projects of this scale require careful planning, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We’re proud of the transformation and the lasting impact it will have on this community.

At MCC Construction Solutions, we believe construction is about more than buildings. It is about supporting the communities we serve.

Last week, through our Outreach Program, we had the privilege of helping renovate the Dream Centers Women’s Clinic in Colorado Springs. Our team installed new flooring, replaced and painted baseboards, and added calming teal accent walls to help create a welcoming environment for the women they serve.
Dream Centers Women’s Clinic provides free women’s health, behavioral health, and supportive services for uninsured and underinsured women throughout Colorado.

We are grateful to the Dream Centers team for allowing us to be a small part of their mission. Thank you for the opportunity to help create a space that reflects the care, compassion, and hope you provide every day.
