Before the first shovel hits the ground, a lot of work is already underway behind the scenes.

Shaw Construction’s Preconstruction team recently gathered for its annual retreat to collaborate, share knowledge, and identify ways to keep improving how we plan and prepare for each project.

From anticipating challenges and validating decisions to developing solutions before construction begins, the Preconstruction team plays an important role in setting projects up for success long before they reach the jobsite.
