This customer had a small space that just wasn’t working for them. The existing patio was just too small and didn’t offer any character or privacy. We were able to build a deck over the old patio and build a beautiful privacy wall with a built in bench! We also extended the new deck to create more space for the new grill island! The old storage cabinet got a tigerwood facelift and the existing landscaping rock was replaced with a new concrete patio! 🐅🪵

This customer came to us to finish the job their previous contractor started. We had to pull up the blue stone paver patio they laid so we could level it out and get it to the proper elevations for drainage. We excavated some of the yard around the patio and laid new sod. Then we had to finish the fireplace and seat wall. Most importantly, we were able to finish just in time for this lovely couple to enjoy the space with their new baby!!
