There’s a lot to coordinate before high-country developments come to life. 🏔️

Work is underway at Gypsum Tower Center, a 63-acre development that will bring new residential and commercial spaces to the Town of Gypsum. R&R is providing civil engineering and surveying services, with our in-house teams coordinating infrastructure, utilities, grading, drainage, and site improvements. The roadway infrastructure is the first phase coming together in the field, with more progress to come on the initial residential phases.

Last year, we shared a closer look at what makes mountain projects different and why local experience, early planning, and an integrated team matter. Gypsum Tower Center is another great example of that work in action.

Cheers to another honor for Aspen Distillers! 🥃🏆

The 8-acre distillery campus was recently recognized with a 2026 AIA Colorado Design Award of Merit, adding to previous recognition as the world’s first LEED® Platinum distillery and Colorado’s first Living Building Challenge certified project. R&R provided civil engineering services, supporting the site design, grading, drainage, and utilities that helped bring the vision together.

Fall is here, and so is football. 🏈

Over the years, R&R has had the opportunity to support several projects for the Denver Broncos. Most recently, our team provided laser scanning services for the 2023 locker room renovation at Empower Field at Mile High.

A full scan of the existing conditions helped provide the accurate information needed for the renovation and 10,000-square-foot expansion, including updated training, hydrotherapy, and performance nutrition spaces.

We’ll be cheering as the Broncos take on the LA Rams at home this Sunday. Go Broncos! 🐴

End of Summer Showdown, Round 2 ☀️🐴

Six teams, six hobby horses, and plenty of friendly competition. This year’s western-themed End of Summer Showdown gave each team a horse to name and decorate, and the team spirit went well beyond the horses. We enjoyed a delicious grilled lunch courtesy of our CEO before a fun afternoon of games like co****le and flip cup. The day ended with a hobby horse obstacle race where style counted just as much as speed, making for a pretty entertaining grand finale.

Big thanks to our for another great showdown and congrats to our winning teams! We can't wait to see what's in store for next year. 😎

A great day on the golf course for an even greater purpose! ⛳

Members of the R&R team joined Terracon today at Hyland Hills for the annual Client Appreciation Golf Classic, supporting the ACE Mentor Program of Colorado and its work introducing high school students to careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.

R&R was proud to be a returning sponsor and spend the day with industry friends in support of the next generation of AEC professionals.
