We are hiring for a Junior Business Analyst!

The Junior Business Analyst will help us improve how the business runs by identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping put new tools and processes in place.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Help identify practical uses for AI and automation

• Build reports, dashboards, and data summaries

• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities

• Assist with business systems, software implementations, automation, and data handling

• Troubleshoot system issues with internal teams and vendors

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Accounting or a related field — or equivalent experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Curiosity about how a business works and an interest in applying technology to real operational problems

Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, ERP, CRM, programming, or scripting is preferred.

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering Department and help shape the future of our organization. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic engineering leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating across departments to deliver world-class custom engineered products.

What You'll Do

- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of engineers and engineering leaders.

- Oversee engineering schedules, resource planning, workload balancing, and project ex*****on.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.

- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Production Planning, Project Management, Sales, Field Operations, and Supply Chain.

- Provide technical leadership for complex engineering challenges.

What We're Looking For

✅Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

✅ 7+ years of engineering experience with increasing leadership responsibility.

✅Experience managing engineering teams in a custom
manufacturing, engineer-to-order, industrial equipment, construction, elevator, or similar environment.

✅Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, and communication skills.

✅Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office.

*Closed* Now hiring: Hall & Car Signal Assembler

Schumacher Elevator Company is seeking to fill the position of Hall & Car Signal Assembler within our Manufacturing team.

This role is responsible for the fabrication and assembly of hall and car signal equipment, including car front assemblies. This position interprets cab and signal prints to determine production requirements and prioritizes work using load lists and supports efficient workflow using established scheduling systems.

What you need for this position:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical prints.
• Proficiency in operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to prioritize work using scheduling systems, including load lists.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Previous manufacturing and assembly experience preferred

What you’ll be doing:

• Read and interpret cab and signal prints prior to fabrication and assembly.
• Fabricate and assemble hall signals, car signals, fixtures, and related components.
• Operate the Axiom laser etching machine and perform fill painting of etched parts.
• Lift, load, and stage raw materials and fabricated components.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy for stainless steel production components.
• Assist with equipment maintenance as needed.
• Support other manufacturing areas as workload demands.

The details:
For 90 years Schumacher Elevator has been a well-known and respected family owned and operated company that designs, manufactures, installs and services custom passenger and freight elevators.

Position is full-time, first shift. Benefits package includes medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, and bonus eligible. Post-offer background check and drug screen required.
